In the final battle against the Dragon Clan, Uesugi Maki shielded Lu Mingfei as he fought the Dragon King. Nidhogg pierced her chest with a claw. She thought she was done for, but when she opened her eyes, she found herself in an unfamiliar place, where two children found her.

The brother was called Leonardo, and the sister was called Mishura. After recovering from her injuries, Maki set about raising the siblings herself.

She couldn't find any trace of Nidhogg here, but her physical abilities and her Word Spirit were exactly as they had been during the final battle. In other words, she might have transmigrated to another world in her own body. Her heart sank.

The Dragon Raja setting and plot are based only on the first three books. Everything Jiang Nan wrote after books four and five is crap.

She's 26 when the main story begins, 170 cm tall, and has a mature, elegant look. She has a short hairstyle like Zhen's, but with longer hair at the back, like a jellyfish cut. Her hair is dark blue.

She used to work for the Japan Branch. Uesugi wasn't her original surname; she changed it later to honor Uesugi Erii, though nobody else ever accepted her as an Uesugi. Her Word Spirit is Dust-Free Land, and her weapon is a durable Doujigiri reforged from regenerating gold. It can take a beating.

The sword is invincible and will never break. She isn't invincible, but she's a capable fighter, and with the sword, she's extremely formidable.

Her golden finger is her outrageously powerful swordsmanship and Word Spirit. She can take on Bloodline Apostles by herself.

She spent peaceful days with the siblings, so she didn't know about the Bloodline Apostles until she went to HL.
