On the day Ji Chi graduated from college, he was told that his grandfather had left him a nursing home.
With the job market growing more and more challenging, Ji Chi accepted the nursing home without hesitation.
As soon as he stepped inside, he was bound to a System called 555. The System claimed to be a nursing home management system, dedicated to making sure everyone living there received the best care.
But after finally getting the nursing home back on track, Ji Chi realized that something was off about the "seniors" in his care.
The one who usually liked lying in the courtyard to sunbathe could pull bombs out of thin air. The rooms of those who usually enjoyed growing vegetables and tending flowers often contained an unidentified red liquid. And the one who liked teasing cats and dogs and chatting with everyone had connections everywhere, even reaching across the stars...
One day, Ji Chi accidentally saw a few young people arguing in the nursing home. They explained that they were relatives visiting an elderly family member.
But Ji Chi had clearly seen them wearing the clothes the seniors had worn that morning, and acting exactly like them.
Ji Chi: Sure thing.
He pretended not to notice. But once a crack appeared, more and more kept showing up.
Eventually, the "seniors" stopped pretending altogether and turned the nursing home upside down.
Ji Chi: ...
Ji Chi: As long as you're happy. (Exhausted smile)
After all, the nursing home's mission is to give everyone living there the most perfect care!
