[Third-person narration]
My name is Mu Ming, and I'm a huge fan of the Geo Archon.
I've transmigrated into the world of Teyvat before the game even launched.
Other people transmigrate as playable characters, fictional Archons, or even Hilichurls. I, on the other hand, became a rock deep underground, a stone without a shred of emotion.
Put more nicely, I'm an elemental crystal that can live as long as heaven and earth. But a rock is still a rock.
A young god discovered me, gave me sight, and granted me a pact to stand by his side.
But I just want to be an ordinary person. No, an ordinary rock.
To cuddle up to the character I like, gaze at his tall, elegant back, and quietly clear away every unseen obstacle in his path;
The Archon War raged, and heaven and earth fell apart. We fought together across the land.
And later... unavoidable erosion? An inevitable falling-out?
No. To someone with an unwavering devotion to the Geo Archon, those are trivial matters.
What I fear is that the last time I see him, he won't be the spirited man from the battlefield anymore. He'll be a lonely man, mourning a friend who is gone.
We're all waiting.
Until the twins, the Descenders, arrive in Teyvat.
At last, I can go out and explore as an NPC.
I'll be a background character, give the blond one a little nudge, and deliberately arrange a chance encounter with an old friend.
*
The blond one going through the story keeps feeling like something's off. Is their head too bright, like a giant lightbulb?
Maybe you two should find somewhere with lovely scenery and talk this out.
