When a new official takes office, they start by making a show of authority. Having just ascended to the highest godhood in the superhero world, the being rubbed their hands together, deciding to pull off a series of dazzling moves to intimidate more than a hundred chaotic parallel universes.
They came in a whirlwind, then wandered around leisurely... Oh, they didn't leave. They caught a little Robin who happened to be going through the resurrection process.
"Setting aside that rude troublemaker who caused a disturbance in the universe... This little one's appearance is so unhealthy. It's going to seriously affect my future business in children's animation."
The god muttered, pointing at the Robin, whose body was covered in injuries.
They flipped through the universe directory they had at hand: the Wayne family, the Tiny Titans, the Lego universe, Wibbly Wobbly (?), and so on...
"Anyway."
After looking through it, they were brimming with confidence! Pleased, they patted the sleeping child, now completely renewed, and tossed him into a chaotic gateway between universes.
"Go teach those 'important people' what a sunny, cheerful little boy is! Remember, only kids who fit the profile count as legal minors!"
If Jason Todd had been awake right then, he would have cursed them out without hesitation.
I'm not! I didn't!

I'm just an OOC sweet-treat maker writing purely for love. I got into DC through the Under the Red Hood animated movie. Before that, I'd only watched Zack Snyder's DC trilogy, and I'm still catching up on Jason's comics.
I'm gradually learning more about Jason's official characterization, but it's a long process, so my writing may be wildly OOC, especially since I mostly write various AUs and sweet little stories (.)
