Synopsis

Some promises don't need to be spoken aloud. A wolf has only one mate in its lifetime.

CP: Yuan Lang x Gu Xuheng

Side couples: Qi Huan x Wu Zhe, Cheng Cai x Xu Sanduo. Both side couples are mentioned only briefly.

In this story, people live in a world with mental powers and can take two forms: a semi-beast form, where certain features of their spirit beast appear, and a human form, with one spirit beast.

Spirit beasts can be cubs, adults, or mature adults.

There are some personal headcanons, and the characters may be out of character. I'm a military novice and the logic isn't rigorous, so just have fun reading.
