Jiang Mi takes her mother's place as a temporary maid at the Ji residence.

Before she leaves, her mother reminds her again and again: The young master was spoiled growing up and hates being touched. Be careful and serve him well. Don't make him unhappy.

Jiang Mi obediently nods, but feels uneasy inside. She has tactile hunger, and when it flares up, she can't control her urge to cuddle and hug.

What makes her heart skip a beat even more is that the "brother" Ji Huaiye keeps talking about is Pei Ye, her longtime crush.

Ji Huaiye is sick of the maid his family forced on him, so he keeps finding ways to make things difficult for her.

But the timid new girl somehow figures out all his preferences.

Even more outrageous, while taking care of his appetite, she keeps trying to cuddle up to him.

Ji Huaiye pulls her away and sneers, "Didn't anyone teach you the rules before you started?"

"...I'm sorry." Her eyes redden as she apologizes, but she still rubs against his chest. "Hold me... please..."

Later, someone asks Ji Huaiye how a little maid managed to get him so completely under her thumb.

He plays with the lighter in his hand, flipping it open and snapping it shut, smiling carelessly.

"Because she's sick."

"So?"

"She feels awful if she doesn't hug me." He pauses. "But now, when she doesn't hug me, I'm the one who feels awful."

Someone blurts out, "I heard your brother might also..."

He sets the lighter down on the table and looks up.

The person sheepishly falls silent.

But in the end, he's the one who gets addicted.
