Building a Peaceful Meteor Street Is Everyone's Responsibility!

Meteor City, a place abandoned by the world, where mountains of garbage rise and refugees are everywhere. Utis, the very embodiment of Meteor City, makes her grand entrance! As the consciousness of the first city in the world, of course she has to rule the world before the next city consciousness is born! But Utis has been affected by the power of urban development. She takes just two steps before tripping on level ground and bleeding profusely. Utis's HP keeps dropping Utis: Y-you fiend! After that, Utis uses her ability to control the city to set out on the path of building Meteor City When invaders arrive, a figure appears atop the garbage mountain. Somehow, a luxurious chair has appeared amid the chaotic heaps of trash. A girl sits on the throne, legs crossed and chin resting on her hand, gazing down at the invaders with a haughty air. It should be funny to see a girl this young posing like that, but the unique confidence about her is impossible to ignore. With the sun behind her, its blinding rays make the invaders squint. She rises, blocking the sunlight, and seems to shine all the brighter. She gives an unhurried, graceful bow, the corners of her mouth curling into an enigmatic smile. "Praise the birth of Meteor City!" "Invaders, I, Lady Utis, shall mercifully grant you eternal rest!" As she finishes her bow, the ground begins to tremble in response to the girl's call. The garbage flows like liquid, shaking the earth and roaring as if to drive the invaders away. Meteor City has arrived! 1. Building Meteor City harmoniously is everyone's responsibility! 2. This is a story about people reading too much into things. Utis is a B-king who somehow always makes the right choice by sheer coincidence, and the residents of Meteor City, including the Phantom Troupe, would do anything for her. 3. Just enjoy the ride!
