A midnight power outage hits while you're having a great time at a villa deep in the woods. You don't know whether a ghost or a butcher has started the game.

You have night blindness, and can barely move in the dark.

Qian Yu: ...

He suddenly felt that living one more day wasn't such a good thing after all. Based on what he knew, people in this situation usually died horribly. It would leave an unforgettable psychological scar!

He pulled out the dagger he'd been hiding and prepared to kill himself on the spot.

A warm hand reached out of the darkness, forcibly pried his wrist open, and tossed the knife aside. Then it took his hand and led him away.

"Zong Ming? Zuo Ning?" Qian Yu guessed wildly, trying to figure out which kind-hearted companion had come back to save him. "Thanks for rescuing me! Where are we running?"

A frightening silence.

"...Why aren't you saying anything?"

As if realizing something, Qian Yu yanked himself free from the hand gripping his wrist and ran in the opposite direction.

But an arm pinned him in an embrace, tied him up, and tossed him somewhere unknown.

He was done for.

The terrifying reality made him tremble all over as he waited in despair for death.

After a very, very long time, a weary Qian Yu felt a blanket being laid over him.

Qian Yu: ??

Maybe he could live after all.
