The Only Aquarium in the Entire Galaxy

In the year 2500, climate change on Blue Star intensified, bringing another mass extinction. The once deep-blue ocean turned pitch-black, so dark that not even light could pass through. The former rulers of its waters, orcas and humpback whales, became nothing more than textbook relics. Blue Star's environment was no longer suitable for human life. Over the next several centuries, humanity migrated to a new planet to recover and rebuild. Civilization survived, but the species did not. In New Star Calendar year 2026, an unknown asteroid suddenly appeared with an oceanarium on it. The oceanarium was built across most of a planet. From a distance, it looked blue, like a miniature Blue Star. Inside were not only long-extinct giants such as orcas, humpback whales, and sperm whales, but also waddling emperor penguins, seals crowding together to sunbathe on the beach, schools of pink dolphins leaping through the air, colorful jellyfish, coral reefs stretching for thousands of miles, and vast shoals of fish. The full-dive livestream began, and the entire interstellar community erupted. "That's impossible!!" "They must be using some kind of virtual imaging technology!" "Uh, that's such a low-level hoax. Why use textbook pictures to fool people??" "Obviously fake. If it's real, I'll spin around 360 degrees on the anti-gravity field and eat shit." "Oh my God, does no one think this planet is beautiful? Why are our planets all permafrost and meteor craters? T.T" "Tsk, you believe this? I'll sell you gene medicine for a million a bottle when you're old." Amid the countless voices of doubt, only the leaders of the Federation's upper echelons gathered together, eager to inspect the place in person. When they saw the long-extinct marine creatures with their own eyes, these usually calm and composed bigwigs trembled with excitement. "It's real!!" When the news got back, the Federation's highest leader was overcome with emotion during an interview: "The Classic of Mountains and Seas of our age has come to life again!" * Yin Qiu was a marine biology researcher on Blue Star before an accident brought her to a barren planet thousands of years in the future. Looking at this remote, isolated planet, less than 0.1% developed, the System approached her: "Would you be willing to build an oceanarium here and bring back the marine creatures that vanished from Blue Star?" Yin Qiu: "I would!" She was willing to devote her life to these marine creatures. * Federation General He Tian Yun fell through a spatial rift after killing an eighth-rank mutated beast, ending up on an unknown barren planet and disappearing without a trace. Yin Qiu looked at the handsome man in front of her, with eight defined abs and barely any clothes on, and reluctantly forced her gaze away. "Would you be willing to work for me? Room and board included!" He Tian Yun: ? One day, people suddenly realized that the man appearing in Yin Qiu's livestream, wearing a tank top and diligently hauling cargo, who seemed to be a "general," was actually the general himself! Everyone: ???!!! Theme: Protect marine life.
