Give Those Rotten Oranges a Taste of Chinese Horror

Completed: Ginpachi-Sensei in the World of Jujutsu Kaisen. Upcoming: Will Kissing My Boss Get Me Fired from the Port Mafia? Blurb at the end. Good news: Lin Yu has finally escaped the infinite game. Bad news: He hasn't made it back to his original world. Good news: He's transmigrated into a manga he knows about. Bad news: He's never read it. He's only heard classmates talk about how the villain, Brain, had a child himself to realize his ideal world, how the higher-ups in the jujutsu world are a bunch of selfish rotten oranges who only drag everyone down, and how survival rates are low for both ordinary people and jujutsu sorcerers. Good news: He has a cursed technique, Scene Card Manifestation. Bad news: His technique conflicts with the skills he had in the infinite world. After gathering enough fear, all the NPCs turned into cursed spirits and escaped into the real world. Good news: He can use those cursed spirits to scare the rotten oranges. Hahaha! Bad news: His classmate ate all the NPCs. Lin Yu: Give me back my NPCs, or I'll pay you back in kind! At first, no one at Jujutsu Headquarters took the transfer student Lin Yu seriously. Compared with his classmates, the Six Eyes, the Cursed Spirit Manipulator, and the Reverse Cursed Technique user, he and his technique seemed utterly unremarkable. But later, the rotten oranges would be walking along when suddenly they were dragged into the domains created by Scene Card Manifestation. In a shadowy old mansion, at a blood-red wedding, they were made to exchange vows with a ghost bride. If they refused, the bride and her servants would hunt them down. By a bridge, they struggled with all their might to break free from the villagers, only to be dragged to the riverbed by the boy and girl sacrificed in a human-pillar ritual. On the seventh night after a death, they broke a taboo and were dragged into coffins... The rotten oranges realized how terrifying Lin Yu's technique was and tried to recruit him from on high, only to discover that he had somehow gotten involved with the Cursed Spirit Manipulator. Fortunately, the technique had a weakness: once the NPCs in the scene cards absorbed enough fear, they would emerge into the real world. All they had to do was send someone to exorcise them, and Lin Yu would be a tiger without teeth. But they never expected the Cursed Spirit Manipulator to tame all those NPCs. Rotten oranges: Let's give up... Giving up is out of the question! We have to find a handsome guy to make Lin Yu fall for someone else right away. He has to stop feeding the Cursed Spirit Manipulator! (First draft of the blurb written on March 4, 2024) Reader advisory: 1. Yu (bottom) x Jie (top) 2. Slow-paced, everyday life Upcoming: Will Kissing My Boss Get Me Fired from the Port Mafia? Pairing: Dazai x Kuroko After the Dragon Head conflict, the Port Mafia began recruiting in large numbers. Before long, executive candidate Dazai had a new subordinate: a contemporary whose presence was as pure as water. He was certain the boy wouldn't last long before running away from the organization, so he decided to kindly lend a hand. Deliberately taking him to a gunfight. Deliberately making him watch an illegal deal. Deliberately letting an ability user go on a rampage and attack everyone indiscriminately. Skipping work and dumping all the paperwork on him. Calling in the middle of the night to demand crab hot pot.
