Discharged!
Vera is a longtime resident of Arkham. Two crows claiming to be messengers of Odin conned her into becoming an investigator and hunting down the followers of the Outer Gods.
The crows said that the Outer Gods' followers were easy to find: just look out for people whose behavior wasn't normal.
Looking at all of Gotham's bizarre villains, Vera was numb. Gotham had way too many people who were almost human.
Batman: Robin, I found you a partner. Take care of the rookie, and you'll be ready to graduate.
Robin: She's crazy. I love her.
After seeing Vera whip Gotham into shape, Robin realized this wasn't about training a rookie, it was about raising a kid. Even though he and Vera were about the same age, this was definitely raising a kid!
Batman: Now you understand what I've been through, right? Never mind, Vera's raised my blood pressure again.
Red Hood hopes Vera will get liposuction on her brain and suck out all the lard.
Crow: I'm not human, but you really are a dog.
Vera: I'm a Hound of Tindalos.
Vera's tongue is sharp. She takes on the world, picking fights with anyone and anything.
She's nasty to villains, and just as sharp-tongued with superheroes.
Theme: Tomorrow will be better
It's so funny that the process was all right and the end result was all wrong, and it was all Tim's fault.
The ability looks so familiar, it seems to be in a book called Infinite Streaming I saw it in a copy of the novel Cthulhu. Um!? Hound!?
Dragon Field Training – Gotham Edition
The visual effects of the brain are like those of Sister Bagel in the multiverse of motherfucking.
