Wu Xing transmigrates into a wolf in a wolf pack.
Wolf-pack society has a strict hierarchy. The alpha wolf rules at the top, while the other ordinary wolves are beta wolves. They follow the alpha's orders and work as hunters.
The lowest-ranking wolves in the pack are omega wolves. They are frail and not only get ostracized and bullied by the beta wolves, but sometimes also have to serve as an outlet for male wolves who can't find mates.
Wu Xing happens to transmigrate into an omega in the largest wolf pack on the grasslands. He also has a little cub left behind by the former alpha.
So Wu Xing has three things to do.
First, fill his own stomach. Second, protect his backside. Third, raise the wolf cub safely to adulthood.
