Treatment in the Prison Cell

Marshal Zhu Nanchu, the Alliance's strongest fighter, has fallen and become a high-risk individual with immense offensive power, raving like a madman.

In recognition of his contributions to the people, the Alliance decides to postpone euthanasia and attempt to soothe him by artificial means, hoping to pull him back from the abyss.

Treatment doesn't go smoothly. More than ten high-level healers are counterattacked and left near death, and even the Alliance's only S-rank healer is no exception.

Before being led into the isolation room, Ye Zenuo prepares himself to face a hysterical madman, and is ready for the possibility that he won't come back. But all he sees is a dignified, graceful man sitting by the window.

During their third meeting, Ye Zenuo tries introducing himself. He expects no response, just like the previous three times, but those reddened eyes turn toward him.

After that, the man who used to stare blankly out the window every day begins watching the door, looking forward to each of Ye Zenuo's visits.

Ye Zenuo doesn't remember the two of them ever meeting. Zhu Nanchu has forgotten the whole world, even himself, yet it seems he's remembered Ye Zenuo alone.
