Next up: The Master's White Moonlight Is Actually Me or His Highness the Crown Prince Returns for a Limited Time
Story blurb:
Lang Heng, the most celebrated high god in the Nine Heavens, descended to the mortal realm to undergo a love trial.
In the body of a mortal, he attained the Dao and ascended in less than a century. Who could have guessed that after returning to the ranks of the immortals, he would be unable even to enter the most basic state of meditation?
The immortal physician declared that his love trial was unfinished.
But he searched through every memory of his time in the mortal realm and could not find the slightest trace of romantic love. He had only, by accident, caused a woman to die.
So be it. He would descend again to repay that debt of life, and bring the matter to a proper conclusion.
The woman had died, so he sought out her reincarnation, determined to fulfill her wish and keep her safe. By a twist of fate, though, he lifted the spell that had made him heartless in the mortal realm.
In that instant, the love he'd suppressed and buried deep in his heart for five hundred years surged forth.
Ha. He had never gotten through this love trial at all.
And the one who had poisoned him was the woman who had died for him five hundred years ago. Now she was hiding behind her reincarnation's secret identity, trading barbs with him.
She had never died at all!
Bai Yu, a novice cultivator, took a nap one afternoon and had a dream.
A handsome man in white, so otherworldly he seemed no mortal, walked toward her and parted his lips. “Do you want to ascend? I will attain the Dao and ascend a hundred years from now.”
When Bai Yu woke, she was drooling all over herself. She thought it had been a wet dream, but the man in her dream looked remarkably like the talented junior brother from the neighboring sect.
Could it really have been a divine sign?
And so began her three-year quest to get him to take her under his wing.
But the junior brother turned out to be a dullard with a heart of stone. None of her efforts could move him.
Fine. She'd already lost face in front of this handsome man anyway. She might as well start over with a new secret identity.
On the day she decided to leave, Bai Yu faked her death in his arms and secretly gave him a dose of the heartless poison.
From then on, he would walk his broad road, and she would cross her narrow bridge.
But life is unpredictable. Four hundred years later, her “ex-husband,” now an immortal who had attained the Dao, returned in his high-god identity, intent on avenging her “death.”
Upcoming: The Master's White Moonlight Is Actually Me
Qing Tong, the most celebrated second-generation cultivator in the cultivation world, is said to be an arrogant, conceited training machine who spends every day in seclusion.
Only she knows that when she was young and naive, she fell for a young cultivator with extraordinary swordsmanship.
The boy later grew into a revered master. By a twist of fate, they became Dao companions, but after drinking the Heaven-Worshipping Wine with her, her cold-faced master refused to share a bed with her and cultivate together.
That was when she happened to learn that her aloof master had always kept a deceased “white moonlight” in his heart.
After that night, they went their separate ways and never met again. One secluded himself from the world; the other traveled far and wide.
At last, just as Qing Tong was about to attain the Dao and ascend, her love trial remained unresolved, and she went mad from cultivation deviation. To save her life, her sect sent her soul into the past, back to the year she was sixteen.
Only then did she discover that she was her master's white moonlight.
Upcoming: His Highness the Crown Prince Returns for a Limited Time
Dou Kou, a palace maid bullied by everyone in the imperial palace, gave the wrong nail guards to a consort and nearly froze to death in the snow.
As she teetered on the brink of death, a young man in black robes and a crown tossed her a pill from a red palanquin passing by.
He did not leave the palanquin or save her. He gave her only one sentence, but it would serve her for the rest of her life.
“If you want to live, you have to make yourself useful.”
Dou Kou survived a night of snow and wind thanks to that pill, but she was no longer the same “Dou Kou” as before.
She engraved the young man's name in her heart, hoping to meet him again at the summit.

Historical records say that before the current emperor ascended the throne, he had a first wife who was crown princess. When her family rebelled, she was implicated and executed, but their son was left to wander among the common people.
More than ten years later, a young man claiming to be the eldest prince came to the imperial family in search of his relatives. As soon as he appeared, his remarkable medical skills cured the emperor's long-standing, intractable headaches.
He duly returned to the imperial family. He became the eldest prince, as well as the emperor's personal physician.
As he was constantly by the emperor's side, his standing in the palace even surpassed that of the crown prince for a time.
“His Majesty only acknowledges you because he wants your medical skills.”
The crown prince once declared this to him.
“Likewise.”
Jiang Qinian put away the silver needles he had just used to treat him. “You are nothing more than His Majesty's legitimate son.”
In this deep palace, nothing is ever given freely.
Want something?
Go take it.
Theme: Becoming a better version of yourself
It looks so good~~ It smells like a fairy sword 😍
Looks good, come on
I haven't updated for a long time 😭
Ahhhh, not enough
Damn, why don't you update it?
The heroine written by my wife is a bit reckless, but I don't hate it. After reading the previous heroine denying that she is a demon but writing about the fact that she has a demon body, I still hope to see this part of the bridge (just fill in the foreshadowing)
It's good to read. Thank you to the author. I'm very satisfied with this chapter.
I don't quite understand the heroine's solitary and courageous approach of rescuing people without knowing what she can do. Should she assess the current situation and strength before rescuing people, plan in advance or ask for help? Just like before, she wanted to kill the hero because she felt she didn't trust him. She found that she was outmatched and wanted to die. In the end, the hero used most of his spiritual power to save her, which caused the hero to ask Qingxuzi for help because he didn't have enough spiritual power. Her so-called belittling of life and death actually meant that she was indifferent to the lives and deaths of others.
Update soon, wait for the article to read ah ah ah ah
I think the male lead is too condescending towards the female lead and is currently not as lovable as the second male lead.
