[Showbiz] A Guide to Writing Hit Songs

Xu Zhiyan is the strong, silent type, an unremarkable little musical prodigy who seems to have some talent for songwriting.

Because of his mother's work, he traveled all the way to South Korea and joined a tiny company with no money and no people.

He thought it was just an advanced daycare for aspiring musicians, but he nearly debuted in a world-famous boy group.

Unfortunately, he knew he wasn't cut out to sing and dance in the spotlight, so he quit while he was ahead.

From a basement trainee in South Korea to a world-class producer.

Xu Zhiyan, a guy with a strange temper, really did launch K-pop into orbit.

The male lead has mild Asperger's and mild autism. He's bad at sports, but not physically uncoordinated, and has absolute talent for music.

A word of warning: There will be a huge number of characters appearing later on. I have no particular opinions or prejudices about any of them. Many are simply there to serve the plot. If anything rubs you the wrong way, or touches on a character you like, I apologize in advance. Just drop the book if you want; please don't flame the author or call anyone out.

Love and peace. Enjoy reading!
