A Certain Detective Conan's Not-So-Serious High-Ranking Official

At the age of twenty, Xi Chen'an regained his memories of his previous life and awakened a top-tier superpower known around the world: he could turn anything he chose into a fluffy bunny! His mixed-race home country, Japan, nearly fought tooth and nail to get him a special appointment from the Global Superpower Alliance. After Xi Chen'an became a mysterious, parachuted-in high-ranking official at the National Police Agency, the people there discovered that this young official... was a total menace! Every day, he had to practice his superpower by turning things into rabbits. He made so many that they overflowed his office, forcing everyone to carry carrots around with them. He also had to touch electrical outlets every day, sending the National Police Agency's electricity bill skyrocketing. He even took the flowerpot from the finance minister's office to grow rabbit grass. To assist their newly parachuted-in official, the National Police Agency selected its most elite officer, Furuya (Amuro), to serve as Xi Chen'an's assistant. However... The young boss: "Hey! A public security officer this handsome has to be completely useless at his job, right?" Furuya: "You're just as good-looking yourself!" In their five-person chat group, Hiromitsu asks: "Zero, how's your new boss?" Furuya: "He questions his subordinates' abilities, steals the senior officials' chocolate, can't write work reports, and absolutely refuses to work overtime... This new boss is completely unreliable!" The other four: Got it. Looks like Zero doesn't just get along badly with his new boss, he really hates him. Later. On the subway, Furuya sees the young boss snap his fingers and turn a groper's pants into a rabbit. The groper is left running around naked and sobbing in despair. The rabbit hops away, its fluffy ears bouncing. Furuya: "...?" While pursuing criminals, Furuya sees the young boss snap his fingers again, turning Gin's vintage car into a big, chubby black rabbit. Gin helplessly rides the rabbit while bellowing, and the fat rabbit sprints toward a traffic light at full speed. Vodka falls off to the side, his pupils shaking as he babbles in shock. "S-so my big bro has a cute side, too!" Furuya: "...?!" Furuya feels his preconceived notions about the young boss shatter into pieces. In a high-rise building, Matsuda and Hagiwara are kidnapped by a gang of bombers, their lives in danger. After overcoming countless obstacles, Furuya rushes up there, only to see the young boss snap his fingers and turn a pile of bombs into a bunch of fluffy rabbits. Once Matsuda and Hagiwara take down the bombers together, the young boss snaps his fingers again and turns the rabbits back into bombs. Then the young boss helpfully straps the bombs to the bombers and cheerfully starts the countdown. Furuya: "...!" Wait, respected boss, you can't do that! Later still, in the five-person chat group, Hiromitsu asks again: "Zero, how's that new boss of yours?" Furuya: "He's far too reliable!" The other four: Understood. Looks like Zero and his new boss are finally getting along. But Hiromitsu's not done asking. "So that's why rumors are going around the organization that Bourbon has a mysterious lover now?" The other three: "!!!" Whoa, tell us everything! 1. The superpower is an original addition, not a crossover. The only setting is Detective Conan. The protagonist has only watched part of the Detective Conan anime. He recognizes important characters and some plot points, but can't remember most of the story. 2. Characters who died in the original are being brought back, such as the police academy squad. Since superpowers appeared in the world, the cases that led to their deaths have been pushed past the first year of the Detective Conan timeline. 3. The pairing is with the blond, dark-skinned Furuya. OOC warning. A sneak peek at my upcoming romance novel, Help! I Can't See My Male Tenant: There's a man in her room whom she can't see. Yun Zhiyi discovers that an "invisible male tenant" has appeared in her rental apartment. In the morning, she's getting dressed in front of the mirror. Then she watches as the black bra vanishes from her body, and a gray silk men's shirt floats gently down onto her shoulders. After working overtime, she goes into the bathroom to shower. There, in the empty bathroom, she sees the pump on the body wash bottle slowly being pressed down, and pink body wash trickling onto the floor. At night, after soaking her feet, she reaches for her socks. But she watches as her purple rabbit-embroidered socks turn into a pair of white men's briefs and drop into the footbath! Yun Zhiyi is on the verge of a breakdown! But she doesn't know that the male tenant is just as distraught. Meng Xizhou discovers that his villa has been haunted lately. He was clearly wearing a gray shirt, but now it's turned into a black women's bra, making his subordinates think he's a pervert. While he is showering, a towel suddenly covers his head and nearly suffocates him. As he drinks water, a purple women's sock suddenly appears in his cup. One day, Yun Zhiyi falls ill and collapses in her room. That "invisible male tenant" becomes her only hope. Theme: Equality between people has nothing to do with status or power.
