I.
According to clan rules, young leopards have to wait three years after reaching adulthood before they can go down the mountain to gain experience. But Yun Xuelai was different. The moment he came of age, his father kicked him down the mountain.
The reason: He had scared his leopard dad out of his wits a hundred times! One hundred times, exactly!
Yun Xuelai proudly hugged his big tail and elegantly rolled over, not holding it against his leopard dad for kicking him a little too hard.
He transmigrated through the clouds and landed on the long-awaited... ground?
Standing atop an uneven rocky peak, Yun Xuelai hugged his big tail and stared blankly at the ugly creatures surging upward and the battered black-and-white spacecraft, which looked ready to attack at any moment.
He looked left and right, up and down, and from every angle, but he couldn't see how this could be the peaceful world the clan elders had told him about, where he would have to hide his leopard tail.
Yun Xuelai: ...Where the hell did my leopard dad kick me to? ᔦ ° ꒳ ° ᔨ ̖́-
II.
Lu Jin had paranoid delusions. On the first day he met Yun Xuelai, he thought the enemy had custom-made a honey trap just for him.
A delicate, adorable spy. He deserved to die.
...But not yet. He'd wait until he used the spy to escape the barren planet.
Later, he pushed open the door and saw Yun Xuelai with his back to him. Those hands that couldn't even tear open a bag of dried meat had just smashed the desk with a single punch. His tail was raised as he cursed at the other side: "You think you can make a move on your leopard grandpa? Take a look at yourselves! You're not worthy!"
Amid a sea of pleading looks, Lu Jin raised an eyebrow and chuckled. "Don't be mad, Baobao~ Big brother will take you to raid their home base~"
Who cared about killing spies?
The little leopard was lively and adorable, and knew how to curse people out. They were simply made for each other.
III.
Almost a year had passed when Leopard Dad finally remembered the little leopard he'd kicked down the mountain. He calculated once... then again... and again... The little leopard wasn't on Earth anymore!
Leopard Dad panicked. He opened the interstellar phone he'd given the little leopard as a communication talisman and called once... twice... three times... Damn this lousy signal!
After calling until he was utterly exhausted, Leopard Dad finally got through to the little leopard. His eyes filled with tears. "Baobao..."
"You think you can tell your leopard grandpa what to do?"
"Baobao..."
"Just watch, your leopard grandpa's gonna beat the crap out of you, you scaly snake!"
Click. The call ended.
Leopard Dad: "...!"
Who was telling my leopard cub what to do? Did they think his leopard dad was dead?!
