The Federal Tournament is a grand celebration for all. But this year's preliminary round is very different. There's none of the expected passionate competition, and the prodigies who should have topped the rankings are dropping out one after another.
And the one taking them down is an element insulator?
They can't even touch a single strand of her hair before she shoots to the top of the rankings.
Senyer says, "I told you I'm a genius. This is nothing."
As soon as the second round begins, Senyer gets mobbed. She turns around and tricks the BOSS into trusting her, treats the BOSS like a monkey, and plays the players like dogs.
Then she pulls out an infinite-loop elemental equation, just to... charge a homemade aircraft?
The entire Federation is stunned. Military academy instructors weep in anguish.

In the third round, elemental devices are forbidden. Everyone thinks Senyer is finished. An element insulator without her devices is no better than a useless nobody.
A recruitment notice suddenly appears online:

Then everyone discovers that she's not only arrogant herself, but her teammates are just as arrogant.
She spends the whole time just talking, yet gets first place by playing support. How could she not be arrogant?
Just as the Alliance has gotten used to this unconventional genius, Senyer tells them she can be even more outrageous.
Hunting down the Federation governor during a competition, blowing up a planet while on vacation.
Pulling out an elemental equation on a whim to change her element-insulating constitution.
And finally, resurrecting the Witch amid the cheers of the entire population.
The Federation has found its ruler.
