Gin, Varia's Runaway Cloud Guardian

As the Varia's Cloud Guardian sent out on assignment, Gin had only one reason for infiltrating the Organization:

To stop the Organization from reaching into the underworld and uncovering supernatural things like ring flames.

But the Ninth was slow to let him take down the Organization. As a result, his standing as an undercover agent kept rising until he even became a top killer. And as Gin's status rose, he discovered that everyone around him was an undercover agent! Japanese Public Security, the FBI, the CIA... Countless rats scurried around in front of him every day, while his useless subordinates were incapable of doing anything right.

Were his lunatic colleagues in Varia better, or his useless subordinates?

Gin chose to remain silent.
