[Third-Person Narration, Strong Female Lead, Infinite Flow]
Hello, my name is Fu Ye. I'm the female lead in fanfiction based on fanfiction.
What does that mean? Simple. In the original world of a male-oriented leveling novel, all kinds of excellent fan works have appeared one after another: BL romance, harem-style urban fiction, otome romance, and more, all created to satisfy readers' wildly varied tastes.
As the female lead in a work inspired by a certain BL fanfic, I have the important mission of matchmaking the eight main male characters.
By definition, I clearly can't be called the heroine. At best, I'm a matchmaker. But since I'm the female character with the most scenes, the title of "female lead" naturally fell to me.
To be honest, I don't really want this blessing. Watching these eight guys fight monsters and level up all day, then watching them get jealous and grab each other by the waist at night, is exhausting. But the heroine's fate was written long ago. My reason for existing is to ship these eight guys with all my heart and shed happy tears whenever their beautiful love story unfolds.
The day the heroine got tired and wanted to clock out for good, a glowing little ball came looking for me.
It said, "Hello, Fu Ye. I'm from the Original World Management Bureau. You're the first character in any original world to awaken. Would you be willing to give me a hand?"
I smiled and set down the knife I'd been about to use to kill the male lead. "Of course. It's my honor."
