Yan Zhuang works for the Quick Transmigration Bureau, where her mission is to redeem villains. Rather than change them through love, she helps them commit evil. She gets close to the righteous, makes them fall in love with her, then ruthlessly stabs them in the back. Yu Yan becomes the villain's sharpest weapon, helping her achieve her dreams and remove every obstacle in her path, before disappearing from her life.
Redemption has never been about persuading a villain to let go. It's about helping her get what she wants.
Watching the plot veer wildly off course, the System presses a hand to its forehead and smiles bitterly. "With your level of comprehension, should I give you an award?"
Yan Zhuang waves proudly. "No big deal. It's nothing special."
The System: "Nothing special, my foot! Both the righteous and the villains have turned evil! Get back there and redeem them all over again."
Yan Zhuang, stunned: "Who am I redeeming? The righteous and the villains?"
The System grits its teeth. "Both of them! Just get rid of their hatred, and stop making a mess of things."
Yan Zhuang nods helplessly. "All right, let me think about what I've done."
She switched the CEO's partner's account book, sending her to prison; won the empress's partner's trust, then caused her kingdom to fall; took the top student's admission ticket, making her miss the exam...
Yan Zhuang swallows. "Do I really have to go back? Even a god couldn't get rid of all that hatred."
The System gives a fake smile. "Off you go."
Yan Zhuang: "Isn't this the road to the underworld...?"
The System: "You made this mess, so clean it up yourself."
