Lu Yunmiao wakes up bound to a gacha System, but this gacha System is different from everyone else's:
Other people draw skills, weapons, and characters.
Lu Yunmiao draws cats, cats, and more cats.
Other people's Systems are high-tech, giving advice and guiding newcomers.
His System is a flying chicken feather.
In cat form, Lu Yunmiao leaps up and pins the feather down. Take this, the wrath of a cat! Chicken feather!
With a black, molten center inside, Lu Yunmiao promptly opens a cat cafe to make easy money, and picks up a few strays to live with him. But there are always all sorts of strange little problems along the way as he turns into a cat and takes in cats...

Note: The top really is a chicken feather. It becomes human later.
