An Extra, Yet the Strongest in the Galaxy

Shi Yang transmigrates to the interstellar era and becomes an utterly ordinary passerby.

The good news: She has a secure job as a patrol officer. She only has to drive her patrol car around once in the morning and once in the evening before she can go home and lie flat. Her salary and benefits are more than she could ever spend.

The bad news: She awakens a dark-type talent with a corruption rating of 3S. The awakening causes such a huge commotion that she accidentally ends up at the top of the Federation's wanted list of corrupted talent users, with a bounty of 10 billion Federation credits.

Shi Yang: ...I really want to turn myself in (not really).

To avoid being caught and exchanged for the bounty, Shi Yang begins living the sneaky life of a patrol officer.

1. Educate (beat up) the military students from the academy next door, who have too much energy and come out to pick fights every few days, so they can deeply understand the importance of studying hard and making progress every day.

2. Deal with every potential threat to her laid-back life, including but not limited to corrupted entities that go berserk at night and try to kill everyone, and corrupted-person hunters who come knocking to catch her and claim the bounty.

3. Develop a covert network in the black market. She must build a comprehensive intelligence network and keep tabs on everyone's movements, so she can make a quick escape if her identity is exposed.

4. Build an underground organization absolutely loyal to her. If running away won't solve the problem, then she'll raise the banner of rebellion and take down the people who make the rules, solving the problem at its root.

District K213 is the most dangerous and chaotic place on the Federation's border. It's home to a large number of corrupted talent users, and corrupted entities appear there constantly. A haven of filth and evil, it gives the Federation's top officials no end of headaches.

One day, the Federation Council discreetly sends a senior inspector to tour District K213, preparing to carry out a massive purge and overhaul. But the streets, once in complete chaos, are now orderly and well-run

The notorious wanted criminals have settled down and started running small businesses.

The corrupted-person hunters, who are at odds with them, look the other way.

The castoffs whom the great families threw into K213 Military Academy to fend for themselves have all awakened their talents a second time, and easily killed the high-risk corrupted entities that tried to invade the city!

A patrol car drives by. Inside, the patrol officer is slumped in her seat, fast asleep, mumbling a few words in her dreams.

The district chief of K213, assigned to receive the inspector, turns around nonchalantly and says with a beaming smile, "Leader, why don't we go take a look somewhere else?"

Inspector: …Wait, is this right?
