[Bleach] A Day's Tale

As my classmate put it, this is the story of how I slept with a man. That man's name was Gin Ichimaru. A note before you start: I read the English version of chapter 416 first. The English wording was simple. Aside from certain proper nouns like the Hogyoku and Kyouka Suigetsu, which sounded a little odd in romanized form, the dialogue was crisp and easy to read. When I saw Gin get his arm torn off and his chest pierced by Aizen, for a moment I didn't know what to say. But when I saw Gin's memories, when I saw little Gin telling little Rangiku, "I've decided. I'm going to become a Soul Reaper. I'll become a Soul Reaper and change things... Then Rangiku won't cry anymore, right?" When I saw Gin lying drowsily against a rock, thinking, "In the end, I still couldn't get back what was taken from Rangiku..." When I saw the white words running vertically across the pure black background after his pale, powerless smile: "I'm glad... I said sorry," I finally couldn't stop my eyes from welling up. And so this story came to be. All my fantasies and affection, pain and sorrow, about this man. For my beloved Gin. P.S. Don't pay attention to the color of Gin's eyes... P.P.S. From what we know so far, Gin is definitely dead (though I still have a sliver of hope, like maybe Gin joined Squad Zero or something)... When I first wrote this, my plans included the hope that "Gin wouldn't bite the dust." Now it seems that can only remain a delusion of mine... All right, Gin, rest in peace.
