Gunfire rang out. Armed forces swept through three blocks, but the man still got away.

It was only later that Quan Zhou learned the arrogant bastard was Ye Mingyuan, a top boss who controlled the Red Star's lifeline of weapons and whose whereabouts were a mystery.

With the mission to clear the way for the gods stalled, Quan Zhou tasted failure for the first time in his life. A faint smile touched his thin lips as he issued the highest-level military order: "Everyone, keep your eyes on Ye Mingyuan. Take him out first, then raze the city."

Before long, the muzzle of an S01 was pressed to his temple. A familiar laugh sounded, low and deep. "Darling, you really want to kill me that badly? My gun... doesn't agree."

Legend has it that the human world is divided into two realms, born as opposites and unable to coexist.

One realm is Blue Star, a peaceful, welcoming place of advanced technology, home to the finest "humanity's seeds" selected from among the population. They are the gods' claws, striving to restore order to the world and bring balance back to humankind.

The other realm is the Red Star, where only the "failures" abandoned at the end of the world remain. Poverty, disease, and violence are rife here, with the strong preying on the weak and gangs fighting for territory. It hides the most vicious desperadoes, and is also a target of the gods' judgment.

There are three crime bosses with sin scores alone exceeding 200,000. As a result, every Red Star resident is considered a "criminal."

Every time a Blue Star resident kills a Red Star criminal, they convert the target's sin score into purification points. Each criminal they purify, however, costs them a certain number of purification points.

No idiot would choose purification, unless they had some kind of delusional, holier-than-thou bleeding heart. So the people of Blue Star have only one goal: kill all the criminals, accumulate 300,000 purification points, and gain eternal life.

Yet with 99 days left on the countdown to the Purification Showdown, just as the mission to clear the way for the gods begins, a great secret and conspiracy slowly comes to light...

Who among the bloodstained races deserves to pass through the narrow gate and attain eternal life?
