More than that, she made him experience, for the first time in his life, what it was like to be cautious and consider every possibility.

Nadia's life was turned upside down from the day she joined the Marauders. For instance, she never thought she'd secretly practice becoming an Animagus, never thought she'd become friends with a werewolf, and especially never thought she'd fall in love with Sirius.

When that arrogant troublemaker was willing to apologize to her in a meek voice, when that proud Black considered her in everything he did, she was finally willing to pluck the brightest, most dazzling Sirius from the winter night sky.
