After Becoming Chuuya's Childhood Friend, People Keep Trying to Steal Me Away

The main story is complete. Feel free to bookmark it.

Since he could remember, Zhongye had lived in Luobei Street, relying on his childhood friend, Yayoi Mitsuki, and the two of them had always looked out for each other.

As his childhood friend grew more and more beautiful, Zhongye became like a dragon guarding its treasure, furiously getting rid of every filthy human who coveted Yayoi Mitsuki.

But ever since he joined a certain organization, he felt things had gotten even worse!

A certain bandage-wearing guy: Why does the shorty get such an adorable childhood friend? I want one too!

A certain green-eyed kitty: It's too dangerous here. How about Mitsuki comes with me to the Ability Detective Agency?

A certain white qilin: I believe I've found the gem I've been searching for so long.

Zhongye: …

Zhongye clenched his fists: Why does every one of you want to steal my childhood friend?!

But what troubled him most was that he seemed to have become one of the people who coveted his friend's beauty.

The boy's feelings grew harder and harder to conceal, until one day Zhongye finally asked the question that had troubled him for so long.

"Mitsuki, who do you most want to be with?"

His beautiful childhood friend took his hand as if it were the most natural thing in the world and kissed the back of it. The corners of his ever-smiling lips curled up, and his eyes gleamed with an eagerness Zhongye couldn't understand. "Of course I want to be with you forever, Zhongye~"

No one knew that each night, after darkness fell, soft, curling flower vines would wind around the wrist and collar of the God of Calamity. The gentle young man would stroke his hair, his voice low and cool.

"What will it take to make you stay by my side forever and become my nourishment?"

Pairing: Zhongye

1. Apologies for any out-of-character moments.

2. The cover depicts the character designs. The protagonist is beautiful, sweet on the outside but dark within, and adored by everyone. He has supernatural abilities.

3. Advance warning: The author ships brother-in-law couples. This may come up a little later, though not necessarily much.

4. A big, happy-family story with a happily-ever-after ending. The seventh season of Bungo Stray Dogs left me devastated, so I'm giving everyone a happy ending together.
