Struck Back by the Ascension Tribulation

Xie Yuanfeng was a boy from the mountains. After saving a child who had been sent flying by a car, he thought he was going to die. When he opened his eyes again, he found himself in a cultivation world, reborn as a junior disciple of a sect with dual Water and Earth spiritual roots.

Xie Yuanfeng had no ambitions of ruling the world. He only wanted to cultivate properly and return to the modern world after ascending. But while watching a sect elder undergo the lightning tribulation of ascension, he was struck by lightning himself. When he opened his eyes for the third time, he found that he was back home.

Xie Yuanfeng: That's a tough one to judge.

Looking at the Xirang that had appeared in his dantian at some point, and thinking of how the lightning tribulation had suddenly struck him, Xie Yuanfeng fell silent.

Back in the mountains with Xirang, Xie Yuanfeng grew medicinal herbs with powerful effects, highly nutritious vegetables, and rare plants on the brink of extinction.

Seeing his hometown thrive more and more, Xie Yuanfeng smiled with happiness.
