An Infinite Loop for a Medical Student

(A friend specifically asked to read this...)

A university you can never graduate from. Strange noises in the school's laboratory building in the middle of the night. Rules that must be obeyed in the dormitory. The dormitory doors are supposed to lock at ten at night, yet the main entrance slowly opens at eleven.

First year, second year. Why are they still at school?

Did he enter a game or another dimension? Who are the people he meets? Endless studying. Failing an exam and having to retake a course are taboos that must never be violated. What does it mean when the repeat students keep their mouths shut?

What is the game's final ending?
