- Gentle, serene goddess x lovesick, vicious hound
Yu Yingman rescued a gravely wounded boy.
She treated him exceptionally well. When a rare spirit medicine was needed, she fought her way up the E'Futuo Tower against evil spirits. In the Red Lotus Killing Formation, she stepped through a river of blood for him, one step at a time, until she had taken all ninety-nine steps. In the Black Abyss, where it devoured anyone it could reach, she was sucked in without mercy while protecting him...
Even though he was ungrateful and disloyal, and even tried to kill her several times along the way.
Everyone advised her not to waste her kindness on someone of such unknown origins. Yu Yingman just smiled and carried on as she pleased.
Until she had been to the Canghai Heavens and fell from the clouds. The boy caught her, his eyes bloodshot and his arms trembling, and demanded, "Did you do all this for him? That person in your dreams whose name is so similar to mine?"
The Canghai Heavens held none of the answers Yu Yingman sought. The heavenly seal she had entered Yunzhongduo to find was of no use to her anymore, so the same should be true of the man who bore it.

As the last surviving bloodline of the Buzi Clan, Su Hui was coveted by every realm of the Eight Heavens. Everyone wanted to capture and refine him, to give their path to godhood a powerful boost.
With nowhere else to turn, he stumbled into Biyun Heaven. The mountains and rivers were beautiful, the people were simple and honest, and he was charming and adept at winning people over. He spent a long while there in peace and comfort.
There was no one there who didn't like him, except for the daughter of the Lord of Heaven, who was often seen in green robes against the backdrop of Biyun.
She had seen with her own eyes how he had pierced the souls of those two god-seekers with a single sword thrust outside the Heavenly Gate. So she hinted to her people about his identity more than once, and repeatedly warned him to leave.
Su Hui smiled and spoke in riddles with her, but in his heart he thought, Sooner or later, I'll kill her.
Later, Yu Yingman did indeed die. She died in the chaos of the Eight Heavens, in the heaven-destroying formation that turned gods and demons upside down. She died right before his eyes.
Yet at that moment, his heart cracked with unbearable pain. Overwhelmed by boundless hatred, the Lord of Yunzhongduo, who was only one step away from godhood, nearly suffered cultivation deviation.
So he went alone to the Thirty-Third Heaven, offering his bones and blood as a sacrifice and using his soul as a guide, all to bring back Yu Yingman exactly as she was.

"Later, Yu Yingman went looking for him. The god of the Canghai Heavens told her that there had never been anyone in this world named Su Hui."

A genre I'm not very good at, but really want to try!
Theme: When things reach their peak, they must decline; excess leads to its opposite.
