[Haikyuu!!] Kashitani Can See Affection Levels

Kagaya Hibari, an ordinary high school girl just passing by, runs along while chomping on a sandwich, heading toward a fateful crossroads, just like a classic anime scene.

She's about to meet her true love and start a tender, bittersweet school romance, complete with cherry blossoms, a summer fireworks festival, candy apples, and a blindfolded kiss, just like a classic manga storyline.

None of that is going to happen, of course.

In reality, Kagaya Hibari gets knocked down by a bicycle. Her ankle swells up, and a bump rises on her head. She misses her school's opening ceremony and spends three days recovering at home, missing the best chance to make friends.

Damn it! She'd planned to ditch her otaku image when she started high school and become one of the popular kids, but now that's all gone up in smoke. She'll play ten otome games to vent her anger!

After playing herself to sleep, Kagaya Hibari unexpectedly awakens a superpower: she can see the affection level above other people's heads.

What a useless superpower!

Wait, if she can see how much people like her, won't real life be just like an otome game?

Maybe it's a little useful after all!

When Kagaya Hibari returns to school full of confidence, she discovers that a complete stranger has a hundred percent affection level for her.

Kagaya Hibari: "Um, excuse me, do we know each other?"

The classmate with maxed-out affection immediately makes a run for it, faster than a ninja, and even leaves with a cold snort. As Kagaya Hibari stares at the dust swirling in front of her, she learns the stranger's name from the people around her.

Kagaya Hibari: "...Tōru Oikawa? Who's that?"

Theme: The ultimate goal of a game is to clear it!
