The Villain's Diary of Raising the Protagonist

In his previous life, Qi Wang was a villainous Zombie Emperor. Using his knowledge of the plot to his advantage, he killed the protagonist, hailed as humanity's savior, before his time and successfully destroyed the world.

And then... then he died of boredom.

As everyone knows, there are no entertainment facilities in the late stages of the apocalypse.

After being reborn, Qi Wang took a long, hard look at himself and decided to let the protagonist live a little longer, so they could keep trying to kill each other forever.

Qi Wang: What a lovely toy... I mean, protagonist...

When faced with the protagonist as a naive little boy, Qi Wang pretended to be a kind human big brother, helped him, and then died in a zombie horde.

When faced with the protagonist as a green young man, Qi Wang redoubled his efforts. He secretly sent him money, gear, and supplies, while playing the role of a terrifying, fearsome high-level zombie and working hard to make the protagonist hate the zombie faction even more.

The protagonist grew older and taller, and more and more like humanity's savior.

Qi Wang had practically watched and accompanied him through his entire journey to adulthood, and was full of anticipation for their future death match.

But in the year the protagonist turned twenty, Qi Wang was met not by a human assassination squad, but by the protagonist showing up at his door to propose.

Qi Wang: ...

* The protagonist is the pursuer, and Qi Wang is the one being pursued.

* A world-weary, nihilistic, lazy, and chuunibyou bottom (Qi Wang) VS an outwardly sweet but secretly black-hearted top (Sang Lian)

* An unconventional child-rearing story. The top's childhood and teenage years take up a significant portion.

Theme: Live a full and happy life.
