I'm an utterly ordinary newly hired guard at the Fortress of Meropide, with a little case of amnesia. What made me extraordinary was that after losing my memories, I fell in love at first sight with the Duke, Wriothesley.
So, under the astonished gazes of everyone around me, I tried every trick in the book to seduce him.
But the Duke always acted as if he wasn't interested in me at all.
Me: He clearly is interested in me, though.
Hard work pays off. One day, I finally managed to hook up with Wriothesley.
I have to say, His Grace has an amazing body, I thought as I caught my breath.
But the next morning, I woke up in the warmth of his arms.
I sat up.
My memories had returned.
I started thinking.
--Then I dumped Wriothesley.
Wriothesley, dumped after one night together: ???
"Maybe I've already told you several times that I'm not interested in you?"
Tio smiled casually and moved closer to Wriothesley, winding himself around the man's strong, warm body like a snake. His cold fingertips pressed against Wriothesley's most vulnerable spot.
Wriothesley folded his arms across his chest, his expression cool and indifferent as he watched.
But Tio felt the man's Adam's apple bob beneath his hand.
He smiled faintly and tilted his head. His delicate features blossomed like a poisonous flower as he spoke to Wriothesley with tender affection.
"Look at you. You keep turning me down, but your body is clearly telling a different story."
"My dear Duke, tell me, which one of us is really the liar?"
