[Yuzuru Hanyu] The Crow Girl and Her Lucky God

Blurb:

Xie Zhizhi has been a little unlucky ever since she was a child.

For example, whenever a pickpocket shows up on the street, she's always one of the people who gets hit. At least one of her phone or wallet is bound to vanish.

Or take how she often misses trains and planes for one reason or another. Even when she does make it, she usually only just catches them, and she's also prone to losing her luggage. Whenever she flies, the plane is bound to be delayed. By delayed, I mean it arrives late...

But a person's luck and bad luck are actually about even.

Once she got used to being unlucky, little strokes of good luck would always come along, just enough to help her keep facing the world.

For example, she wanted to learn Japanese, so she found a Japanese netizen on a foreign website and added his Line account. But she mistyped one digit and added someone else instead. The owner of that account eventually became her "trusted big brother."

Another example: she missed out on getting into the university she wanted by just one point on the college entrance exam.

Since she hadn't gotten into the school she wanted and didn't want to settle, she decided without hesitation to study abroad and moved to Toronto.

Then she discovered that her online "trusted big brother" was none other than Hanyu Yuzuru, the figure skater who had won an Olympic gold medal?!

Oh, I forgot to mention that this unlucky girl doesn't just bring bad luck upon herself. She also has a "jinx" skill: good things never come true, but bad things do.

For example:

Xie Zhizhi: "You don't have a phone? Then if you lose your wallet at the supermarket, there'll be no one to bring you money, and you won't be able to get back!"

The next day, when Hanyu Yuzuru went to the supermarket, he discovered that he'd lost his wallet...

Xie Zhizhi won the lottery that very day! A cause for celebration!

Another example:

Xie Zhizhi: "Are you okay? You can't even walk properly. Be careful not to fall!"

As Hanyu Yuzuru headed downstairs and stepped into the elevator, his left foot tripped over his right, and he gave her a grand kneeling bow...
