After transmigrating, Li Huai En becomes the sixth prince of Great Qi. His adoptive mother is the emperor's cousin and holds the rank of Noble Consort. Her maternal family are also important ministers at court.
His birth mother, though low-ranking, is a "premium version" of the emperor's white moonlight, bearing eight-tenths of her appearance.
With status and favor on his side, he has been the focus of attention since birth and can be called a hot contender in the struggle for the throne.
But his father is still young,
and there is no problem with him having a dozen or so children.
Furthermore, the crown prince, born at the cost of the emperor's beloved's life, is highly esteemed for his virtue.
Unless he makes a grave mistake, the crown prince's position is as secure as a mountain.
When Li Huai En first arrives, he thinks it would be good to get along with his second brother, the future emperor,
and eventually become an idle prince with a prosperous fief.
Then one day, he learns that people in an interstellar world thousands of years in the future are livestreaming his life in real time.
In the present, which has already become what those people call "history," he is nothing more than an absurdly stupid cannon-fodder prince with a fief.
In the end, he picks the wrong side, gets purged by the new emperor, and meets a tragic fate.
Li Huai En: Once I'm an adult, I'll get out of here as fast as I can. I'll be a wealthy, carefree prince and absolutely stay out of the power struggle.
Nearly thirty years pass. The crown prince, deeply mistrusted by the emperor, is deposed.
Li Huai En's other brothers live in fear every day.
Their father grows old and even more suspicious and distrustful.
The brothers turning against one another over the throne has become commonplace, and everything has changed beyond recognition.
And Li Huai En?
"Don't bother me. I'm about to take another piece of land so the people under my rule will have more fields to farm!"
All the princes think that the sixth prince will waste his whole life in his fief.
The viewers who have been watching the livestream don't pay any attention to this most out-of-the-way channel, either.
But to everyone's surprise, this unremarkable livestream channel becomes the audience's favorite, beating out all the others!
Viewers: What do you mean, absurdly stupid? Our sixth prince is wise beneath an unassuming exterior!
Through messages on the livestream, the sixth prince discovers a new continent, where crops yield a thousand jin per mu!
After driving away the pirates, he builds a new salt-drying base there, transforming poor Nanyue into a prosperous land!
He then expands his territory even further. Before long, it seems that Nanyue is already as large as the original territory of Great Qi?
In the end, a secret letter behind the plaque in the main hall reveals that the throne has fallen to the sixth prince.
The other princes are terrified, wondering if the sixth prince has changed.
But the new emperor, who only wants to focus on development, bundles them all off to the new territories!
