[Showbiz] Isn’t Life Just Working Everywhere?

Question: Who is Li Yuanxi? [K-pop's byword for a talented but tragic beauty] [The girl-group ACE textbook] [The ultimate green card holder] [The genius producer] [A foreigner good enough to top the Gallup rankings] [An idol whose debut story could fill a book] Li Yuanxi was born in 1996 and is of mixed Korean and Chinese heritage. She's an ACE-level trainee, but she always seems to be missing a little luck. Just as debut plans were underway, she had to leave because the company was drowning in debt. She'd already made the girl-group debut lineup, but her debut was delayed because of ***. She'd written so many songs, but not one could she release as a solo track... When her contract expired, she thought she was about to begin the next chapter of her life, only to leap straight into a second blazing pit. In a nutshell: The winding coming-of-age story of an exceptionally talented but unfortunate young girl trying to make her way in South Korea. Unhinged version: - I joined a tiny company, fine, but how could they tell me, right before my debut, that the company was tens of billions in debt?! - I switched companies and made the debut lineup, only for my debut to be delayed because of a contract termination scandal. (Wu **, you've done nothing but cause trouble!) - I've worked my tail off writing songs for the group for years, and I still don't have a single track I can release on my own. Is this my reward for all that hard work? - My old company turned out to be the next generation's nouveau riche?! On my first day at the new company, I get to listen to the boss reminisce about our past. (I don't want to reminisce, but here's my professional smile.) - What, you want to revive a project from ten years ago? I'm not here to help you fulfill your dream, okay?! *The heroine is Red Velvet's sixth member. *The focus is on her career. There will be more than one romance, and the male lead has not been decided. *Characterization and timeline bug warnings! *Rambling nonsense, irregular updates. Theme: Love life, love your dreams
