No one knows that, in the gaps between work, all he thinks about is his ever-growing collection of little brothers:

"Little brother, little brother."

"I wonder if Ango has eaten yet?"

"I just took down the Tsushima family. Their youngest is even younger than Ango. If all else fails, I could take him in and raise him."

"The Sakanoue Street environment is terrible for a newborn. Rando isn't cut out to raise a child either. Ah, I need to put Yokohama's improvement on the agenda as soon as possible."

"Hmm, the clairvoyant next door seems busy lately. I'll bring over the little detective and have him stay with me for now."

"What's this? An assassin who's been framed? I'll take him in as a little brother to help look after the other little brothers."

"Is the Gojo family short on funds lately? I don't think I've confiscated any assets from the jujutsu world. Oh well, it's not as though the family can't afford one more."

And so, this flirtatious man who doesn't even know he's a secret little-brother fanatic rises through the ranks, all for the sake of giving his brothers a better life, until he becomes Prime Minister.

Sakaguchi Jinichi: "Don't ask. I really did want the job. Everything is for my little brothers."

[The Serious Synopsis]

The world is monotonous. The different threads spun by all kinds of people shroud Sakaguchi Jinichi's life, forming an airtight net that traps the boy in a place above fate.

He can't save everyone.

Just as he knows the Sakaguchi family will decline day by day, and knows the country will inevitably slide into the abyss because of certain decisions.

One by one, gleaming white threads turn into a cocoon and bind the boy within.

Then his younger brother arrives. A thread, so thin it could almost snap, suddenly yanks Sakaguchi Jinichi into reality.

Of all their father's many children, this is the only brother who shares both his parents. His little brother is close to him, and depends on him deeply.

If tragedy is the Sakaguchi family's inevitable fate, then he still wants his little brother to have a perfect future.

And so Sakaguchi Jinichi's story begins.
