[Canon-compliant + Hogwarts Legacy + female protagonist's perspective + major heroic characters survive + next-generation timeline + starts at the beginning of the Goblet of Fire school year]
(You don't need to know Hogwarts Legacy to enjoy this. The heroine is six years older than Dumbledore, an older student and a genius transfer who joins in fifth year. She possesses all-purpose ancient magic and has two men who love her deeply: Sebastian and Ominis.)
(This is purely for showing off the Hogwarts Legacy protagonist and saving characters from their canon deaths, but the main story is serious. She won't be paired with anyone from Harry Potter, though you're welcome to ship them if you want.)
Over winter break at the end of term, Adelaide chose not to go home. So much had happened over the past two years, especially concerning ancient magic. She decided to remain secretly in the Map Chamber at school to continue her research. Even though the portraits of the four Keepers were now empty and no one was there to guide her, her intelligence still allowed her to make some progress on her own.
Ancient magic had the power to change the environment, and its uses weren't limited to causing harm. Isidora had even developed a way to extract people's painful emotions and turn them into power for her own use. Adelaide expanded her research in many directions, one of which concerned time and space. During an experiment, space warped, and she accidentally arrived at Hogwarts more than a century in the future.
Warnings: This will include some passages copied from the original, though not many. If that bothers you, please don't read. Since this follows the original, I inevitably have to draw on it, but I will rephrase most of the original content and make some cuts. Only especially excellent or important dialogue and content will remain unchanged.
Theme: Character deaths? Kick them out, kick them out, kick them out, kick them out, and this too~
They really don't seem to hold umbrellas very much. I saw a bb video saying that if it hadn't been for heavy rain, they would have walked or even run in the rain. There are also comments below that I have seen people pushing strollers, and when it rains, they pull up the shed to tell the baby that it is raining. Shock?
At first I wasn't level enough but I wandered around the map. I fell into a spider's lair and let out a sharp explosion. (It would be great if jj had separate comments. Every time I read a different paragraph, I came up with an idea, and I almost forgot about it by the end orz)
Really, every time I watch it, I sigh that Harry chose Gryffindor (I don't mean to say anything bad about Slytherin, but Harry really has unimaginable courage and kindness)
But according to the settings, all the advanced spell effects in the talent bar are the product of enhanced ancient magic. How could someone not be able to create the chain Avatar without ancient magic?
Yay! It's a legacy of Hogwarts!
It's tied again. Let's wait for the meal. Come on, madam!
Expect!!! Come on, madam!
Big, hungry, rice
I have already started to wonder what kind of ancient magic the master would give me without a nose.
"Dobby disappeared in response, Adele..." This is a big bug for the author~ Last night?
