Qi Chi suffers an accident while crossing the spatial turbulence and transmigrates into the Warring States period, becoming the daughter of King Zeng of Wei. At the same time, she gets bound to a Spendthrift System. From then on, every day is either spent squandering money or on the way to do so, and her spending tasks grow increasingly ridiculous.
Qi Chi knows little about history, but she does know that the West can do without Jerusalem, while China cannot do without Qin Shi Huang.
So...
Qi Chi: Before my kingdom falls, I'll just buy myself an official position. That's not too much to ask, is it?
As the ministers tremble with both sleeves stuffed full, and the Five Kingdoms condemn her for letting a woman meddle in state affairs, Qi Chi sweeps her sleeves wide and ascends the throne.
After taking the throne, she looks at her tiny country and bullies one neighbor today, another tomorrow.
Qi Chi: Before my kingdom falls, I'll just buy some land. That's not too much to ask, is it?
Qin stays quiet, while the Five Kingdoms curse and clench their fists, eager for a fight.
The Five Kingdoms: How many cities has the great general taken?
Messenger: Report! Your Majesty, the Wei army has bought twenty cities!
The Five Kingdoms: What!!!
Looking at the endless memorials awaiting her approval, Qi Chi counts on her fingers. Since Wei is doomed to fall either way, whether it fights or surrenders, why not...
Besides, surrendering to her legitimate ancestor is nothing to be ashamed of!
The ministers of Great Qin stare at the battle report Wang Ben has sent back and fall into deep thought. Could there really be such a good deal?
After surrendering to Qin, Qi Chi settles in wonderfully, shopping and spending every day. She occasionally offers a constructive suggestion at court, and as long as she doesn't make any mistakes, she can live to a ripe old age.
Warning:
1. The foolish author is a fan of the First Emperor but knows little history and has not done any research. Sources are from Baidu, so please treat this as an alternate universe.
2. The story won't be very long. Pairing undecided. Historical figures will probably just be people with famous names.
3. The heroine has an overpowered cheat, but she's naive and stupid and can't think things through, because the author has no brains.
4. There are thousands of great stories on Jinjiang. If you don't like this one, read something else. The author is sensitive, so please be kind and don't scold me.
