Age Gap / One-Sided Redemption / Fatherly Man / Hong Kong Jeweler × Love-Starved Girl
In an interview with Hong Kong's top financial journal, there's a bonus anecdote: Mr. Min, CEO of the Gettini Jewelry Group, looks back on the three most important stages of his life.
The first was the moment he first met the woman he loved. She wore a beautiful traditional Han-style outfit and bit down on a fan that partly concealed her face.
The second was when he saw Daiya for the second time. She stood timidly beside a Cullinan, stripped of all her outward glamour and beauty. She looked like a rain-soaked little bird, starved for love.
The third was being with Daiya.
He had never been taught how to handle setbacks and had always been confident.
The only two setbacks in his life were his subsidiary nearly failing to go public,
and his marriage falling apart.
But to the first heir of a jewelry group, those things were insignificant.
Only Daiya made him feel small and insecure, making him fall from the heavens into the dust.
The twenty years between them
were an impassable divide, a galaxy apart.
Note: 1. Female lead, 19 × male lead, 38. Age-gap romance, happy ending.
2. Lots of melodrama and many potential triggers. The characters are not perfect. Don't read if that's not your thing.
Here's another story I'm working on. If you're interested, you can visit my author page and add it to your collection!
Coming soon: Beyond White
Age Gap / Mutual Redemption / Fragile, Sensitive Older Man × Growing Heroine
On a snowy night when she was sixteen, Jiang Bai stayed at the home of a distant uncle, where he worked. She had never seen such a huge house before. Only later did she learn it was called an estate.
"Sir, she's a girl." Her uncle rested a hand on her shoulder.
"Her, then."
The pale man in the wheelchair had narrow, charming eyes and was so handsome he looked like a vampire from a comic book.
He taught Jiang Bai elegant English and French, table manners, and how to dress.
Her life was turned upside down. She was raised as the heir to a great family, and in that decayed, feudal estate, her heart rotted.
She seemed to have a thing for disability. Otherwise, why wouldn't she like her outstanding childhood friend, but instead be so infatuated with Mr. Qi?
Infatuated with his handsome face, his scarlet lips, and his slender, powerless lower legs.
She thought there was something even more wrong with her. After she came of age, every time she crossed the line, he would sharply scold her. Jiang Bai was never daunted. Instead, she fell in love with the mouth that berated her.
Several years later, on another snowy night, she inherited half of Qi Yu's estate. He shouted furiously, "Get out of here! The farther away, the better!"
She drove out of the estate in a rage, thinking they'd only had a brief quarrel, then turned back to check on him.
In the rehabilitation room, the man who hadn't stood up in four years was holding onto the rail and had managed to walk five whole meters. He fell heavily in front of her, his lower legs cramping with pain.
Qi Yu's hair was damp with sweat as he looked up and sneered. "You like a useless wreck like me?"
She said nothing, watching his trembling legs.
So beautiful...
Note: 1. The male lead will recover, but he spends half the story still disabled.
2. Ten-year age gap.
3. Older-man romance with a growing heroine and mutual redemption.
Theme: Know something may be impossible, and still dare to do it. Be brave enough to pursue love.
There must be a baby-rearing episode!!! Daddy taking care of the baby is the most anticipated part!!! Don't let me rely entirely on my imagination. It's okay not to write about giving birth, but can I write about pregnancy? Or daddy's reaction after finding out he has a little baby! I really want to see it!!!
It's really good to watch. Maybe there will be a sideshow about two people raising a baby.
When I saw the recommendation for my baby, I rushed over immediately. The writing was really good 🤩
Are you really not going to have any more Yaya and Mr. 😭
Is the part between Yaya and Mr. Over? Stop it 😭 😭
My fragrant rice! Why is it locked? After a few days of harvesting grain, I looked back and saw that the granary had been stolen [angry]
The novel is not realistic, and love and acceptance all depend on personal preference, but there are always people who can't understand it, and they still don't know the meaning of the quarrel. What's the use of all this meaningless emotional infighting? If you don't like it, don't read it, and no one forces it. The most important thing is not to say goodbye to the people who are waiting for you because of denial!??
Ya Ya and Min Qi Chu should always be happy 💪💪
I'm really looking forward to my sister's extra episode 🤩 🤩
Ouch~ So does the story of Yaya and daddy end here?!
