Ajiu is an ordinary little black cat, no different from any other stray.
It loves the warm sunshine, its mother’s soft belly, and little dried fish glimmering pale gold.
It’s just a tiny kitten, so tiny that it’s always the one who “stays home to guard the place,” even though they’ve never had a home of their own.
It thought its cat life would pass by quietly like this, until one day, layer upon layer of clouds covered the bright moon, and an unknown deity told it that its savior was going to die.
Ajiu: ?!
So, after getting its mother’s permission, Ajiu sets off on a journey to repay the favor, which includes but is not limited to...
When faced with its savior’s impending death, Ajiu chooses: (a flurry of cat punches) (?)
What? A flurry of cat punches isn’t enough? Then have a few more (no, don’t).
Savior: Please... don’t save me like this (trembling).
Ajiu: (obedient)
The journey has its share of hardships.
Ajiu: Aaaaaah, I don’t want to study! I don’t want to go to class! QAQ
But it’s full of joy, too.
Dean: What’s your name, child?
Ajiu: Mimi (the way humans imitate a cat’s meow)
Dean: ?
“Mom says, ‘You have to be grateful.’”
It raises its peacock-green eyes and blinks softly.
“So this time...”
It smiles gently.
“Even in the unforeseeable near future,”
It closes its eyes.
“I’ll come save all of you.”
A faint smile remains on its lips.
The familiar dizziness washes over it again.

The police academy group survives.
My take on a happy ending. The kitty will survive.
Platonic relationship, mutual salvation.
Update schedule depends on how I’m doing and how things are going in real life.
Theme: Mutual redemption is the way to go!
