1. The protagonist has the irresistible-to-everyone trait, with rivalry and multiple suitors vying for him.
2. The love interest is a Western dragon who can take human form. For plot reasons, only he is summoned as a little one. All the other companions are adults.
3. This is not a traditional Western fantasy novel. It has plenty of original worldbuilding, with all kinds of elements thrown together.
