The Guardian Just Can’t Do It

[Blurb One]

Palace Master Xie Feibai of Yunying Palace is about to undergo another tribulation of love!!!

According to rumors, every time Xie Feibai undergoes a tribulation of love, some unlucky man becomes his ex-boyfriend...

His exes become obsessed with him, go crazy for him, and bang their heads against walls for him, while Xie Feibai only loves them briefly before heartlessly dumping them and moving on without a trace.

Xie Feibai: "...This humble one is the bottom, thank you."

He'd like to be the one doing the dumping, though.

Despite having undergone six tribulations of love, Xie Feibai is still a pure young man at heart, and the only thing he can think of when he hears the word "top" is pulling up radishes.

So who is the target of this seventh tribulation of love?

None other than Yin Wuxian, the Grand Protector of Yunying Palace.

Rumor has it that Yin Wuxian is a martial arts maniac who gouged out his own heart to cultivate the Emotionless Dao.

It's already strange enough that these two work at the same place. Now they've ended up in the same tribulation of love, too.

Xie Feibai: "Fall in love with me."

Yin Wuxian: "..."

[Blurb Two]

Palace Master Xie Feibai of Yunying Palace has had six exes, all side effects of undergoing tribulations of love. As soon as each tribulation ended, he dumped them immediately. He was truly ruthless!

This crucial seventh tribulation of love has fallen upon his protector, Yin Wuxuan.

Yin Wuxuan is handsome, strong, and loyal, his best right-hand man. It should be a piece of cake. But heaven itself has set an obstacle in his path: Yin Wuxuan gouged out his heart to cultivate the Emotionless Dao, and has never understood love!

Xie Feibai put on his Palace Master airs and issued an order: "Fall in love with me!"

Yin Wuxuan answered with ringing conviction: "Yes!"

He agreed readily, but dragged his feet when it came to doing it. Yin Wuxuan still hadn't fallen in love with Xie Feibai, leaving Xie Feibai anxious and frustrated. All the flirtatious looks he'd been throwing went to waste on a blind man.

Xie Feibai issued his final warning: "If you don't fall in love with me, I'll kick you out of Yunying Palace!"

Yin Wuxuan: "Palace Master, please don't!"
