How a Laid-Off Distillery Worker Uses Drinks to Send the World Flying

Bad news: I'm dead. Good news: I'm alive again. Worse news: I just found out the world is a manga where high schoolers randomly shrink, elementary school kids kick satellites out of orbit, and the gang fights are epic. ** After a round of dying, coming back to life, and faking his death for exercise, Holland, the distillery's most homebound employee for several years running, fell into deep thought: Tang Lan: Do you think I'll believe that, or that I'm Qin Shi Huang and need to sign a contract, become a magical boy, fight monsters, and save the world? System: [This is a scientific and logical detective series! There is no magic here!] If this really was a manga, then this international undercover training base was doomed to fall. He might as well quit and go solo. Tang Lan thought: First, let's set a small goal: monopolize the alcoholic beverage market in two months. It's getting chilly. The organization should go bankrupt, too. (Smirking villain.jpg) System: [As a senior employee of the organization, shouldn't you know better than anyone that the distillery isn't actually a distillery?!] Recently, a company suddenly appeared in Tokyo. No one knew where it came from, but ever since it showed up, poisoning deaths in Beika Town had dropped sharply. In a corner of Beika Town, the beverage company's president quietly took no credit for his good deeds and launched a trio of new products: [Bourbon Whiskey Houttuynia Cordata Oolong Tea], [Rye Whiskey Starfruit Chili Milkshake], and [Scotch Whiskey Soy Sauce Fried Fish-Bone Yogurt]. The serious introduction: My name is Tang Lan, an utterly ordinary adult. I'm not a transmigrator from China, an American drifter, or a Japanese high school student. I have no special aura, and my last job was even as a villain. I came to Beika Town with no intention of disrupting anyone's life. I just want to add a little excitement to my own. "Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening, everyone, " "Welcome to Tokyo, the grand stage for all that is good and evil." Warnings* . A goofy, lighthearted slice-of-life story. It stays serious for no more than three seconds (unless a major plotline is underway). . The System is just there for atmosphere and doesn't give the protagonist cheat powers. . Canon couples stay together. The protagonist has no pairing. . This is a comedy written to serve the madness and the goofiness. I'll try to keep the logic intact. . Before fleeing the distillery with his bucket, the protagonist was a bona fide gangster. He can kill and set fires, and he's a mixed bag. . Some characters die later in the story (saving them is clearly signposted.jpg). . Update schedule is erratic, like a zombie coming back to life. . I like rambling in the author's notes and dropping hints while recapping the plot. . Many original characters appear. [For plot-outline reasons, the story's canon setting only goes up to the reveal of Rum's identity. Canon details after that point are not included. Private additions are used to fill in the background and will be marked.] Theme: Live with passion, and find joy in the end
