Genius sword cultivator Xie Zhengrong had a dream that she was inside a trashy storybook. In the story, the exceptionally talented male lead mistook someone else for his beloved, fell into depravity and became a demon. He wiped out the righteous alliance led by her and destroyed the entire cultivation world.
When she woke, the cultivation world was just as it had been the day before. She formed a sword-flight spell and set off for the mortal realm to save the people.
The simplest way was to stop the tragedy at its source.
She found the unremarkable village and rescued the male lead from a group of children tormenting him. She gave him clothes and food, then took him to the girl who would become his ill-fated beloved in the storybook. "That girl up ahead will be your beloved someday. In three months, she'll save your life. You must remember her face and not mistake her for someone else."
A few months later, the two of them joined her sect and became her junior brother and junior sister. She guided them attentively, convinced she'd changed the future.
But at some point, her junior brother began looking at her with a dark intensity.
"Senior Sister, a dream is a dream, and I am myself. The person in your dream couldn't even tell who he loved. Don't lump me in with a blind fool like that."
*The heroine is the top sword cultivator. After joining the sect, the hero studies alchemy and talisman arts, supporting her with consumables and spirit stones.
*The junior sister is the heroine's dearest little sweetheart, and she has no romantic storyline of any kind with the hero.
