Arakhne is a cute little spider who lives in the forest with her mother, enjoying a "peaceful and happy" life. But one day, she suddenly discovers that her mother isn't really her mother. She's just one of many copies the other woman mass-produced. Arakhne: Well, would you look at that. I was made out of a blob of spit? So she leaves, hoping to blend into human society. Just as Arakhne is stumbling through each day, pretending to be human, the one who deceived her suddenly comes after her and wants her to give birth to little spiders?! Arakhne: What, is it my turn to spit now? That's all (XD) Arakhne's Guide to Passing as Human: First, get hold of a human skin someone doesn't want (?) or something similar, then do this and this (climb inside)... Ta-da! Done! Watching the eerie little girl crawl around on all fours, her head twisted backward Ernelos: Quite... good (?) The Tree of Life: Seriously? Are all eight of your eyes blind? The early plot features a fake mother-daughter relationship, with no blood relation. The copies are made a bit like Nuwa creating people by flinging blobs of mud. 2.
