[The Legend of Sword and Fairy/Reborn Jing] Reincarnation: Heaven's Upheaval

Game-inspired, set against the backdrop of Chinese Paladin 3, then 1 and 2, then 5 Before the Fall, and 7. Main pairings: Chong Lou and Fei Peng, and Chong Lou and Jing Tian.

The whole story follows the premise that souls reincarnate without changing, and are always the same person.

Side pairings include Jiang Cheng and Huangfu Zhuo, Li Xiaoyao and Zhao Ling'er, Wang Xiaohu and Shen Qiqi, Xiahou Jinxuan and Xia, Xiu Wu and Yue Qingshu, Sang You and Bai Moqing, and other generations of protagonists, all with happy endings.

Content warning: After reincarnation in the second volume, there is temporary gender transformation. The character regains their divine form at the end, and there is a little role reversal.

I'm reposting this completed story. New chapters daily. Fellow fans are welcome to leave comments or find me on LOFTER. I'll reply when I see them.

Theme: Having once climbed to the summit, how could one accept falling into ruin?
