[Love Apartment] Fragrant Blossoms and Rainy Sleep

Hu Yifei has a friend who grew up with her, a friend who never let her lose.

Neither of them ever clearly won or lost. Hu Yifei had never lost.

But

"The person I like has to be either smarter or stronger than me. Otherwise, how could she ever conquer me?"

This time, Hu Yifei is willing to lose.

Everyone is the protagonist of their own life.

The first three seasons of Love Apartment created a beautiful dream for me, and the fifth season destroyed it with its own hands.

I never finished watching the fifth season, so my dream still has a patch of soil where it can grow.

I stayed behind in that remnant of a dream.

This is the flower that bloomed in my dream.

"Good News! My Secret Crush Invited Me to Survive a Love Trial!"

Synopsis:

Xiao Xiao has a secret: she had a crush on her childhood friend Nie Moli, but never dared to tell her, even on her deathbed.

Then, after dying, she transmigrates into an infinite-flow world, and the System hits her with a life-or-death choice:

Become the [Schrodinger's Cat] and gamble on a fifty percent chance of getting home, or take on the identity of the [Unresolved Sacrifice] and gamble on the other girl's true feelings?

"Help me survive my love trial." Her childhood friend burns incense for a forbidden ritual to tear open the boundary between yin and yang. Her voice remains cold and rational. "I'll bring you back. Then we'll owe each other nothing."

Xiao Xiao: "...Are you sure this is about surviving a trial, and not sacrificing me?"

In the chess game of the living world, Xiao Xiao smiles as she hands her a cinnabar talisman. "Are you going to exorcise me?"

In an infinite instance, Nie Moli forms a hand seal and brands a life-saving talisman over her heart. "How can I get through my trial if you're dead?"

When the System and the Six Hidden Evil Gods descend at the same time

Nie Moli smashes the immortal jade dew. "Who said you could die in my place? I want you alive to watch me suffer Heaven's punishment!"

But Xiao Xiao sends her the life gate from her destiny chart. "I stole half your life so I could go with you into the human world... not the underworld."

"Good news! My secret crush invited me to survive a love trial!"

"Bad news: she thinks of me as a sacrifice."

"Even worse: I feel the same way."
