After Deciding to Save the Siblings

[Updated daily at 11:55 p.m.]

A trip abroad turned into studying abroad overnight, and Tong Rui never imagined that he would be the one to get bound to a System.

On his second day in Mihua, he was left hanging from a telephone pole all night. To make matters worse, a woman named Bourbon had somehow appeared in his phone.

His memories of the first night were hazy. Tong Rui could only vaguely recall Bourbon's beautiful deep-blue eyes and the pale pink lips that moved as she guided him.

Just moments ago, the police had told him that he was the sole survivor of a serial murder case.

Tong Rui's hand paused over the delete key. The police had told him to keep the suspect on the other end calm.

So, under everyone's watchful gaze, he sent a message:

[Are you my girlfriend?]

The dark-skinned police officer, secretly working undercover in a criminal organization under the codename Bourbon, and actually a man: ...

The scene from last night was still vivid: that boy tugging on his sleeve and saying he would come along if Bourbon became his wife.

He remembered even after sobering up?

The denial was on the officer's lips, but the mission came first. He replied: [Yes.]

A week later, Tong Rui moved near the Mouri Detective Agency to complete a System task and pushed open the door to Poirot Cafe.

The dark-skinned officer, disguised as an ordinary person, thought his cover must have been blown.

Then the boy reached out and took his hand.

[I didn't know Bourbon had a brother. I'm Tong Rui. Nice to meet you.]

[...Thanks, but I'm not.]

Pairing: a certain dark-skinned police officer

The male lead is an ordinary person in this world and doesn't know the Detective Conan plot.
