Blurb (Version 0.5)
The Demon Emperor Chong Ye was betrayed by his dearest friend from his previous life and accidentally wound up in an insectoid world. To heal his wounds, he made a pact with the Will of Heaven of that world, promising to help the insectoid world survive its crisis.
What he never expected was to wake up after twenty years of slumber as a useless, foolish male insect prince in the insectoid empire.
Without pheromones, he was despised by every insect, despite being both male and a prince.
Chong Ye: "..." Was this the peaceful, carefree life the Will of Heaven had promised, where he could rest and recover?
Before he could even accept the fact that he was the lowest of the low among insects, the Will of Heaven told him:
"I've picked out a wife for you~"
"?"
"She's super pretty~"
Then Chong Ye saw that his "wife" had the exact same face as the dear friend who had killed him in his previous life.
Chong Ye: "..."
All right, all right. So this is how we're playing it?
Theme: What makes a person human is the heart, not the shape of their body
